When we send your winner their gift card, you get a notification email from us at the same time.
If you suspect your winner did not receive their gift card for any reason, you can resend the notification email to them.
Step 1: Log on to your dashboard and go to your "Contest" tab. Click on "Contest Winners"
Step 2: Then click "resend notification" on the right.
Alternatively, you can always reach out to help@thevipclub.io, and we will resend the gift card.
