Where to Add Your Video

Now that your video is ready, it's time to integrate it into your campaign. Starting on the 1st of the month, you will receive a kick-off email. You can access your campaign either through this email or by logging in directly at https://vipclubcontest.com.

Once logged in, select the contest for the current month in the top left. Then, navigate to the section highlighted in red and click on it to proceed. See below.

This will open the customization section of your campaign. Scroll down past the “text” section to add your video (see below). Then, insert your video link from your host site here:

Your video will be added to the “customization section” in your campaign (below the contest and above the newsletter). If you want your video placed in a different spot, please send a ticket to support@thevipclub.io, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Video Tips

Keep these points in mind when creating videos for your email campaigns or social media platforms.

  • Good lighting is key - face towards the light.

  • Use a mini microphone - You can either go wireless or one with an adapter to your phone. You can find many options on Amazon for this.

  • Video Quality - When recording on your phone, always record in 4K or 1080p at the very least.

  • Strong Hook - Start with a strong hook that grabs attention within the first few seconds. This could be a surprising fact, a question, or a bold statement that piques curiosity.

  • Concise Script: Craft a script that conveys a single, clear message succinctly and effectively. Ensure it flows logically, using straightforward language and avoiding jargon to enhance understanding and engagement with your audience.

  • Call to Action: End with a clear call to action. Tell viewers exactly what you want them to do next, whether it’s visiting a website, signing up for an event, or encouraging them to enter the contest.
